Delicious continental breakfast offering high-quality products! The staff were efficient and created a cute atmosphere that enhanced our overall experience!
Water drainage issues in the shower resulted in flooding. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable, frustratingly inconsistent throughout our stay.

The glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom was awkward and quite uncomfortable. It was loud during the night. The staff seemed indifferent to my needs, and some were not fluent in English, which complicated communication.

Very well located by the train station, south entrance. The Mercure Hotel even has a dedicated entrance inside the station. Basic but nicely designed and clean rooms.
Wifi is not free. There is a lack of consitancy between the different Mercure hotels as some have wifi free, some not. No kettle. Very uncomfortable chair to work. The bedroom was really small.
